The concept of this re-brand and new retail system was to keep in touch with the shop’s history, family, and independent business. This was done by adapting the term “exchange” to mean connection, which includes a mixing pot between customers, employees, and the products. The design symbolize the diverse community with shapes and colors that mold new forms… or what we call “structured chaos”.

The retail system uses all environmentally friendly products, from the reusable tea jars to recyclable coffee bags. This pays a tribute to the continuous tradition of storing the in-store products in the classic barrels.
